1. Report directly to Country Manager on all business matters
2. Introducing Principals products to clients
3. Visit clients to dig out their requirements and suggest solutions from our product lines
4. Reporting sales leads to CM
5. Working to get our products specified in client inquiries / tenders
6. Discuss with PM, if technical help is needed
7. Take PM or CM to your client site for further discussions
8. Prepare budgetary Quotes for client under supervision of CM
9. Prepare formal Quotes and Tenders
10. Make follow-up on Quotes submitted to various clients
11. Replying and clarifying issues raised by clients on Quotes or quoted items
12. In case of FOB, make follow-up with Principals for an early shipment
13. In case of FOR, getting items inspected by client reps
14. Delivering the items locally, if order is on FOR
15. Follow-up for early recovery of receivables
16. Follow-up for release of EM / BG etc.
