Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Call Center

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Shift: Night Shift

Timings: 08:00PM TO 05:00AM

Earn Up to 60k

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the USA.

Generate leads through effective communication.

  1. Appointment Setting:

Set appointments with clients to discuss further solutions.

  1. Client Relationship:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential customers.

Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:

  • Matric or Above
  • Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
