Senior International Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales executive to establish our Design and Development Department and its sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of our range of services and demonstrate exceptional communication skills in English, as they will engage with clients primarily from the United States and the United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:

• To establish a sales department for design and development with available resources.
• Bring about ideas to run operations efficiently and effectively.
• To establish and manage a sales team.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Understand client requirements and articulate how our services can address their specific needs and objectives.
• Identify what new services can be provided within the same industry.
• Lead the sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.
• Collaborate closely with our design and development teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions for clients.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
• Exemplify professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in all client interactions.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record of success in sales within the relevant department, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of design and development services, including web graphic and interface design, Shopify and WordPress expertise, and other related offerings.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate others towards shared goals.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
