Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience using Bark (Required)

Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the products being sold, whether it's dog food, toys, grooming supplies, training tools, or other pet-related items.

Sales Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, understand their needs, and persuade them to make purchases.

Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Understanding of Canine Needs: Knowledge of dog breeds, behaviors, and preferences to recommend the most suitable products for different dogs and their owners.

Communication Skills: Clear and friendly communication with customers, colleagues, and suppliers is essential for building relationships and facilitating transactions.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Being able to address customer concerns or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in product information, pricing, and transactions to avoid errors and discrepancies.
