Application Processing·
Act as the first and main point of contact for application processing and forward complete application pack to relevant Business Unit for processing, after ensuring that forms are complete and correct
Pre-screening·
Conduct pre-screening checks and interviews for all applications from all agents to ensure that only quality applications are processed.
Liaise with Business Units, Agents and Students·
Assist Business Units in obtaining any missing/additional documents from students and agents in order for offers/COE’s/CAS’s/LOA’s to be issued in a timely manner· Conduct follow up calls to students, Business Units and agents.

Respond to all online/website enquiries within 24 hours of receiving
Reporting·
Produce reports as and when required for Market Managers in terms of application statistics and student updates
Operational Support·
Provide support to Market Managers in all business related/operational matters· Assist Market Managers in representing Navitas at agent events, if required.
Record Keeping·
Maintain records of all applications processed by Navitas Pakistan by agent and Business Unit· Update the status for each student from the application submission to visa approval/refusal.
