Responsible for the achievement of IT Infrastructure business assigned target by supervising and coordinating the sale of solution (Servers/Datacenters/Storage). Must be skilled at identifying pain points and designing or modifying technical solutions to solve company problems. The solution specialist will be deeply involved in daily work across all business units, regularly interacting with both stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Responsibilities/Duties: (brief list)
Client Engagement
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and propose tailored solutions based on client challenges and goals.
Solution Design
- Develop comprehensive and scalable Datacenter, Servers and Storage that align with client requirements.
- Design high-performance, resilient, and secure architectures considering current and future needs.
Technical Consultation
- Provide expert advice on the selection, implementation, and optimization of datacenter, servers and storage technologies.
- Conduct technical presentations and workshops to articulate the benefits of proposed solutions.
Post-Sales Support
- Work closely with the sales and project delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales phases.
- Address technical queries and provide ongoing support to clients during and after solution implementation.
- Coordinating with different OEMs like Huawei, HP, Dell, Commvault, VMWare and the likes for solution designing
Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Support, to ensure a unified approach to client success.
Foster strong relationships with key technology partners to stay abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements.
