2. **Technical Expertise:** Proficiently operate live streaming equipment and software, ensuring high-quality audio and video production during live broadcasts. Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise to maintain a seamless streaming experience.
3. **Analytics and Reporting:** Monitor live stream performance metrics such as viewership, engagement, and retention. Provide regular reports and insights to assess the effectiveness of live streaming initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
4. **Stay Updated:** Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and platform updates related to live streaming on YouTube. Implement new features and techniques to enhance the quality and reach of our live streams.
Job Specification
1) Skills in software like OBS, Streamlab, VMIX, etc.
2) Hands-on experience with live stream setup for Youtube, Facebook, Instagram and other plaforms
