Job Description
1. To respond and follow up sales enquiries
2. To receive and log customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution
3. To Coordinate with Proposals & Environment departments for preparation and submission of proposals
4. To track and report on the status of all proposals submitted
5. To Perform market research to identify marketability of existing or potential products & services
6. To Prepare written customer presentations & Business Development reports

7. To Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development
8. To Develop content for promotional material including brochures, banners, pamphlets and website information
9. To submit pre-qualification documentation & enlist / register company with potential customers.
10. To Perform market research to identify marketability of existing or potential products & services
