Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Ticket Agent. The Ticket Agent will be responsible for ticket sales, reservations, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The Ticket Agent will also be responsible for sales and communication.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Sabre, Amadeus and Gallelio
Experience in ticket sales and reservations
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in sales
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Proficiency in languages other than English is a plus
Night Shift: US time
