Job Specification
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment

Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office applications
Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred
