Incharge Quality Assurance

- To perform analysis on all NCRs of both foundries and machine shops
- To follow up for the closing of all NCRs generated by QA
- To find out the root causes of all repeated NCR and to audit of such NCRS prior to closing
- To standardize all existing QA procedures of foundries and machine shops
- To develop standard protocols for foundries and also to ensure the implementation with the assistance of floor QA Incharge
- To maintain the continual improvement formo To tackle all NDT matters
- To coordinate all NDT activities at company and on customer siteso To assist HSE officer in implementing safety rules at shop floors
- To manage generation of all QA certificates/documents, timely.
