- Good hands at Adobe photoshop, Illustrator and other designing tools
- Ability to design from concept till the end
- Must have designed mobile & web apps in past Experience of 3D designs will be plus
- Good hands at converting PSD to HTML/CSS.
- Flash or Flex experience will be plus, but not mandatory
