Digital technology inc ,a multinational ,specializes in health,IT Infrastructure and telecommunication industries are in a process to start their operations in Pakistan and hiring for following professional for Head office ( Bahria phase 7 Islamabad ).

Salary and package will be depend on experience and after interview.

Answers questions and provides assistance to potential and current customers.
Executes customer support Calls which will result in maximizing sell-in percentages.
Answers clients inquiries.
Up-selling and cross-selling while discussing the offered product with all customers.
Meeting or exceeding monthly / quarterly / annual customer support team goals.
Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills.
Using knowledge base / training material to resolve customers concerns.
Cold Calling on Corporate Client.
Follow up the leads.
Working in a professional environment with a professional attitude.
Must Be Committed regarding the work.
Must have quality to gain the work load.
English Language with US accent (must)
English writing skills for emails/Live Chat.
Capable of providing technical assistance for end-users / customers all over the world.
