Job Specification
Answers questions and provides assistance to potential and current customers.
Executes customer support Calls which will result in maximizing sell-in percentages.
Answers clients inquiries.
Up-selling and cross-selling while discussing the offered product with all customers.
Meeting or exceeding monthly / quarterly / annual customer support team goals.
Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills.
Using knowledge base / training material to resolve customers concerns.
Cold Calling on Corporate Client.
Follow up the leads.
Working in a professional environment with a professional attitude.
Must Be Committed regarding the work.
Must have quality to gain the work load.
English Language with US accent (must)
English writing skills for emails/Live Chat.
Capable of providing technical assistance for end-users / customers all over the world.
