An Australian-based company is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. As a remote-based role, the Executive Assistant will work closely with our team members to manage administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and ensure efficient communication within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Assist with document preparation, formatting, and proofreading to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail correspondence, with professionalism and discretion.
Maintain and organize electronic records ensuring easy access to important documents and information.
Help with project coordination, including tracking deadlines, updating task lists, and liaising with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Research various topics as needed and compile findings into concise reports or summaries.
Assist with personal tasks and errands for executives as requested, demonstrating a willingness to adapt and support various needs.
