Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound/Inbound sales calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our range of IT reselling, inbound campaign, and medical billing services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and strategies for growth.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and monitor sales performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position DocTech's offerings.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
