Job Description

PakBranding is a registered IT company looking for energetic customer support representatives CSR/TSR (males/females) to sell custom packaging, payment solution products over the phone, through live chat, and via emails.


You will be responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into sales through effective telemarketing and communication skills. You will engage with potential customers over the phone, understand their needs, and promote products or services to meet those needs. The primary goal is to achieve sales targets, build customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Job Specification

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in tele-sales or a related sales role is a plus.
  • Excellent Eng. communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and effective negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven enviornment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 6 to 1 year experience
