Title: Manager Phone Banking
Position: 01 Karachi based
Grade: OG 1 / AVP
Manager Phone Banking required for a bank. Candidate will be is responsible for:

• The development, implementation, enhancement and support of call center systems, technologies and strategies.
• Oversee the daily operations of all Phone Banking Department functions; ensure activities run smoothly and efficiently; promote the image of the Bank in a professional and positive manner; provide supervision, guidance, coaching, recognition, motivation and training to department personnel; participate in marketing campaigns and product launches; attain sales, quality control and customer service goals.
• Performs direct supervisory duties of department staff and coordinates staff for coverage in all related areas.

Salary Package: PKR 50k ( also depending in Profiles)
