We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. As a CSR, you will be the frontline ambassador of our company, providing exceptional service to our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships.
Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and effective manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Problem Resolution:
Identify and analyze customer issues, offering prompt and suitable solutions.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
Communication Skills:
Clearly and concisely communicate information to customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
Deliver information effectively through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the company's products, services, and updates.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding product features and benefits.
Qualification: Minimum bachelor or above.
Experience: 1 Year with experience
Preference will be given to those having call center experience.
Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
Good Presentation and negotiation skills
Online selling skills would be a plus
Should be able to handle after-sale service
Good at building customer relationship
Proficient in computer skills
Shift Timings: 8 PM to 5 AM (USA Time)
It is an office-based job
