Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat during night shifts.
Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution.
Follow the time table and work hours.
Qualifications:
Intermediate or equivalent education; additional customer service training is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service, with a focus on communication skills.
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and adapt to night shifts.
Proficient in customer service software and tools.
