This position requires preferably 2 to 3 years or at least 1-year experience in an RSP-OC sales campaign with proven track records.
Candidate must have a strong understanding of products and services, an ability to handle customers' inquiries and efficiently resolve issues through chat &/or inbound call.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, other lead-generating platforms, i.e. Upwork, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter, etc. and referrals.
- Engage with customers through live chat to generate leads, provide information about relevant products and services, and finally convert the leads into sales.
- Must have the potential to own and achieve monthly targets.
- Must know how to deal with customers confidently, with patience, politeness, tact, and diplomacy.
- Must be capable of understanding key customers' individual needs and addressing them.
- Strong selling, upselling, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets and quotas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors' offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize the sales process and improve customer experience.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts, proposals, and other documentation as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads in CRM software.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.
