Job Posting: International Sales Agents - JE AUTOS JAPAN
Are you passionate about automobiles and experienced in sales? Join the dynamic team at JE AUTOS JAPAN, a leading used car exporter providing top-quality pre-owned vehicles globally. We are currently hiring skilled Sales Agents for both Evening and Afternoon Shifts to cater to Caribbean and international markets.
Position: International Sales Agent
Shifts:
- Evening Shift: 7 PM to 3 AM (Caribbean Markets)
- Afternoon Shift: 1 PM to 9 PM (Day Market, including Africa, Europe, UAE, Asia)
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients to foster sales growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and recommending suitable vehicles from our extensive inventory.
- Negotiate pricing effectively, ensuring closure of sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with the operations team to facilitate efficient order processing and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a sales agent in the automotive industry, preferably in used car exports.
- Proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of international markets and import/export regulations is advantageous.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus).
