Food Outlet Leader

We are looking for food outlet leader for one of our client related to food industry.

Job description of required candidate is following:
- Lead Kitchen Crew Members in daily operations and in absence of any member manage his work through other available human resources.
- Prepare and execute working days of outlet team.
- Act as a permanent Counter In-charge to welcome customers with smile and take orders.
- Act as a cashier of Food Outlet.
- Take home delivery food orders directly or through assistant on Phone calls and ensure on time delivery of food through riders to customers.
- Ensure minimum inventory of Kitchen Store and prepare inventory requirements and send to procurement department after every 3 days.
- Ensure daily cleanliness of Exterior and Interior of Food Outlet inclusive Kitchen through outlet cleaner and Kitchen Crew Members.
- Submit last day cash of outlet sales in near branch of bank.
