Job Description
- To run the injection machine according to the set recipe.
- To monitor the process and make changes in process by the instructions of shift supervisor/machine operator and give feedback to the shift supervisor about status and the effect of changes.
- Operate injection molding machines and attend other production processes.
- To inspect the product quality and to record the data on prescribed form.
- To inspect the product quality and to record the data on prescribed form.
- Contact technician or supervisor if parts do not meet defined quality standard.
- To record the process parameters of machine and auxiliaries on prescribed forms.

- To assist the maintenance department at time of mold change over and core change on HYPET Machine.
- To do preventive maintenance (fortnight & monthly) under supervision of Shift Supervisor preventive maintenance.

- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, work area and keep it safe.
- Any other task consistent to the role as assigned from time to time.

Exceptional mechanical aptitude aimed at controlling and operating complex machinery
• Deep technical knowledge of HYPET/KRONES/HUSKY technology and how it is used for machine operations
• Great physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive work activities and movements
• Well-versed in reading and interpreting blueprints with a view to understand machine schematics and models
• Demonstrated ability to learn new machine operations and adjust machine parts to meet specific instructions
• Capable of working in a high noise environment
• Able to monitor and assess performance of machinery and make needed adjustments
