Job Description
- Provide administrative support for the entire Company and its executives;
- Record and process invoices;
- Assist in developing departmental policies and procedures;
- Make travel, hotel and transport arrangements for domestic as well as foreign travels;
- Main attendance system, inventories, log books and office files;
- Procure office stationery, equipment and vehicles for the head office as well as the project site; and
- Prepare different reports as and when desired by the management.
Job Specification
- MBA, from a recognized university/institution with at least 2-3 years experience with corporate organization(s);
- Proficient in computer application; and
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
