• Manage financial system project from the design, enhancements, testing and training to end users.
• Make sure financial policies are observed and see to their application in the systems.
• Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements, systems goals, and to identify and resolve systems issues.
• Define scope of work, methodology, deliverables and timeframes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, partners and analysts to understand interface design, service requirements, information architecture, and to communicate intent to implementation teams.
• Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing financial systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
• Develop and maintain online financial reporting systems, dashboards, and pricing/modeling tools.
• Identify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis in order to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions.
• Manage projects from requirements through delivery using our standard methodology. ·
  Conduct research on software and hardware products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts.

• Create and maintain technical, project planning and work process documentation.
• Manage and maintain technical requirements and setup for financial systems to include updates, backups, and improvements.
• Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas with financial systems. documentation and standards.
• Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions.
• Assist Finance team with developing process improvements focused on efficiencies, prevention of errors and improvements in reporting.
• Foster team approach in financial system to correct errors in transactional processing.
• Work closely with the Oracle Operations team on issue root cause analysis, ensure ‘fix’ is tested prior to migration to production and develop steps to prevent further errors from occurring.
• Train users during implementation, then while setting up new functionalities.
• Ensure the integrity of data and the accuracy of information.
• Any other task assigned by CFO/Management.
