BlackSilk Studio, a creative design and marketing agency based in Bankers Town, Lahore, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team.

Location: Bankers Town, Near DHA Phase 4, Lahore

Job Type: Internship / Onsite

Stipend: 10k to 20K

Duration: 3 Months

As an Intern, your primary responsibility will be to research local businesses, compile a comprehensive contact list, and initiate cold calls to explore potential business opportunities. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your communication skills, build relationships, and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on local businesses in the target market to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
• Collect relevant information such as company names, contact details, industry, and key decision-makers.
• Prepare a detailed contact sheet/database of businesses and their relevant information.
• Utilize various research tools and techniques to gather accurate and up-to-date data.
• Initiate outbound cold calls to prospects, introduce our products/services, and assess their potential interest.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition, benefits, and features of our offerings to potential clients.
• Identify and qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and purchasing authority.
• Schedule appointments or follow-up calls with qualified leads for further engagement.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and friendly phone manner.
• Strong research and data collection abilities to identify potential leads and gather accurate information.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet targets and deadlines.
• Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is advantageous.
