• Khired Networks is looking for a Chat Support Executive, who can work independently and can handle multiple tasks. The company requires experience for CSE.

• Responsibilities:
• Prior experience as a Chat Support Executive.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle Incoming chats, Emails, and Calls from geographically diverse clients.
• Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Ensuring customer inquiries are responded on time.
• Ensuring all the quality guidelines are followed to achieve high levels of customer service.

• Requirements:
• At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to work in 24/7 Operations.
• Typing speed: Minimum 50 WPM

• Skills Required:
• Call Chat Support Service
• Representatives Customer Care
• Excellent communication skills with both internal & external customers.
