Job Description
- Khired Networks is looking for a Chat Support Executive, who can work independently and can handle multiple tasks. The company requires experience for CSE.
- Responsibilities:
- Prior experience as a Chat Support Executive.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle Incoming chats, Emails, and Calls from geographically diverse clients.
- Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Ensuring customer inquiries are responded on time.
- Ensuring all the quality guidelines are followed to achieve high levels of customer service.
- Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work in 24/7 Operations.
- Typing speed: Minimum 50 WPM
