Job Description

Summary:

We are a provider of Disability Services to clients located overseas. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, third party services, and social media outreach. As a Lead Generation Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Research and identify potential leads within target industries and markets.
  • Utilize various tools and techniques to gather contact information and build prospect lists.
  • Initiate contact with prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand prospects' needs and pain points.
  • Educate prospects about our products or services and articulate the value proposition.
  • Schedule appointments and demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform future lead generation efforts.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a lead generation or sales development role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving results.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willing to work in Australian Eastern Standard Time Zone.
