Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Utilize various marketing and sales strategies to generate Consultant placement leads
• Follow up on the placement leads and close deals
• Monitor current market trends and provide reports on the same
• Ensure customer satisfaction with products and services
• Coordinate with other departments to provide an optimal customer experience
• Support the team in various recruitment initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• At least 1 year of experience in any field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of computer systems and applications
• Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
