Procurement Manager

We are looking for a Procurement Manager with 10 years of experience in the construction industry to join our team and help us continue our mission of providing quality housing solutions to those in need.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing of materials and services for construction projects.
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible pricing and terms for materials and services.
• Manage vendor relationships and conduct regular evaluations to ensure quality and reliability.
• Coordinate with project managers to forecast material requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.

• 10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
