What you’ll be doing

Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and customers. Your primary focus will be on addressing inquiries, assisting with property inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience for all walk-in clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner. Answer inquiries regarding available properties, pricing, and other relevant details.
  • Client Support: Provide support to clients by addressing their questions, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively. Ensure that all client interactions are handled with care and professionalism.
  • Project Information: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ongoing projects, including their features, pricing, and availability. Provide accurate information to customers and assist them in finding suitable properties based on their preferences.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate property viewings and appointments between clients and team. Ensure that appointments are scheduled efficiently and that clients receive timely reminders.
  • Documentation: Assist clients with completing necessary paperwork, forms, and documentation related to property inquiries and purchases. Ensure that all documentation is accurate and properly filed.
  • Follow-Up: Follow up with clients after property viewings or interactions to gather feedback and address any additional questions or concerns they may have. Maintain ongoing communication to nurture client relationships and provide ongoing support.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies. Provide support to other team members and departments as needed.

What we’re looking for

  • A-levels or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry practices, terminology, and regulations is a plus.
