- Project Information: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ongoing projects, including their features, pricing, and availability. Provide accurate information to customers and assist them in finding suitable properties based on their preferences.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate property viewings and appointments between clients and team. Ensure that appointments are scheduled efficiently and that clients receive timely reminders.
- Documentation: Assist clients with completing necessary paperwork, forms, and documentation related to property inquiries and purchases. Ensure that all documentation is accurate and properly filed.
- Follow-Up: Follow up with clients after property viewings or interactions to gather feedback and address any additional questions or concerns they may have. Maintain ongoing communication to nurture client relationships and provide ongoing support.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies. Provide support to other team members and departments as needed.
