Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a strong focus on sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. As a CSR, you will play a crucial role in generating sales revenue for our educational products and services while providing exceptional customer support.


1. Sales Generation:
- Proactively engage with prospective customers to promote our educational products and services.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Customer Support:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting customers with product selection.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, including product demonstrations and order processing.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

3. Product Knowledge and Training:
- Stay up-to-date on our educational products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales techniques, and customer service skills.

4. Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for maximizing sales opportunities and achieving revenue goals.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to management.
