• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to empathize with customers and provide effective solutions
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures
• Proficiency in using customer support software
• Fluent in English
• Experience in customer support services is mandatory
• Must have experience working with US clients and the US market
