Microbiological analysis of raw materials and Finished Products.
Environmental monitoring Preparation of specification and SOPs of microbiology.
Maintaining filling of all master documents.
Reviewing and archiving of production batch record, packing and raw material analysis records.
Maintain reference sample for micro testing of each raw, packing material and finished product.
Responsible for compliance of the products & materials release documentation as per micro method and sop. Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Responsible for all microbiology instruments.
Responsible for all microbiology instruments calibration, validation etc.
Responsible for cleaning of microbiology instruments and lab

Good communication skills both oral and written
Planning and organizing skill
Must be computer literate, Competent in required field , Responsible for compliance of the products & materials release documentation as per micro method and sop.
