Job Description

  • Lead Annual Strategic Panning with top Management to prepare annual Business Scorecard.
  • Prepare the annual HR Strategic Resource Plan, in coordination with the departmental heads, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements in terms of numbers, skill types and skill levels.
  • Provide guidance and input on departmental restricting & succession planning.
  • Prepare and suggest departmental structure with consensus of Department Head.
  • Update & share organogram on monthly basis with HOD’s & Directors.
  • Create and implement KPIs of all Departments.
  • Ensure that Departmental KPI’s are in accordance with Business Score Card.
  • Assist & Suggest top management in preparation of engagement survey solutions.
  • Manage & Resolve employee issues & keep healthy relationship with them.
  • Identify & Evaluate current HR & compliance Risks on regularly basis.
  • Conduct Job analysis to prepare Job Description of all position in organogram.
  • Involve in recruitment and selection process on receiving of employee requisition form.
  • Review and approve the monthly payroll.
  • Carry out the salary reviews exercise, in comparison with market trends, every alternate year.
  • Regularly prepare a monitoring report of the salary structure and benefits provision, to ensure a balance between controls of costs and attracting and retaining staff.
  • Conduct Training needs analysis to identify current & future training needs of Employees.
  • Prepare & execute Annual Training Plan.
  • Train & provide on day to day performance management guidance to Line Management.
  • Assist department managers in annual performance review of subordinates.

Job Specification

  • Incumbent must have minimum 6-7 year so relevant experience of managing HR & Compliance.
  • Incumbent has strong communication skills, business know-how, strong analytical skills, HR & Compliance knowledge, Strong leadership skills & relationship management skills.
