• Leading the teams, provide help to Supervisors to meet the targets for the department on daily basis
• Customer handling using problem-solving skills to handle difficult customer and resolve conflicts
• Should handle the customer call and close the sales in a respective manner to achieve the target
• Should be responsible to comply with the standards within the company e.g. ISMS, HIPPA etc.
• Coordination with other departments for operational issues.
• Prepare the relevant executive and operational reports on timely basis

• 2 years experience in outbound call center
• Sales closure experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Negotiation skills
