• Surveillance Manager is a critical role of our Retail Operations.
• To ensure monitoring of stores in more than 20 states of USA,
• To maintaining steady observation of personnel and patrons,
• Surveillance Manager ensures policies and procedures,
• Store Employees Dress code with name tag, Alarms and their codes, safe codes, camera monitoring with troubleshooting and well understanding of surveillance equipment.
• Surveillance Manager must be a team player and display a willingness to manage team of 50 employees and take direction from superiors.
• Surveillance Manager must be available and able to work any assigned shift. Assists with hiring and is responsible for disciplinary actions, leave requests, and performance appraisals of Surveillance members.
• Oversees trainings and ensures that all Surveillance members are fully trained in policies and procedures,
• Verifies and approves time sheets.
• Reviews and makes necessary adjustments to staffing needs.
