Job Description
i. Recording of Prod. Processes on prod. Cards and in ERP.
ii. To generate rework cards with coordination of concerned inspectors & supervisor
iii. To maintain traceability of each lot
iv. To prepare and maintain list of equipments and ensure timely calibration.
v. Issuance & Receiving of Master Samples (If Required)
vi. Preparation of daily, weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Reports
vii. Daily, weekly & monthly meetings with production supervisors on related issues as well as with concerned persons.
viii. Follow up of necessary corrective /Preventive actions
ix. Follow up of Rework Items
x. Coordinate between HODS and prod. Folks. To perform any other task as per the management requirement
Job Specification
i. Good understanding of Microsoft Office
ii. Data entry skills
iii. Report designing & writing skills by using MS Excel
Basic Knowledge of inventories (Preference)
DesirableExperience
Minimum six months as computer operator/Data Entry Operator/Office assistant or One year Experience of QA Dept
