Job Description
A Marketing Intern with Super Savari Express (Pvt) Ltd is responsible for the promotion and bookings of eligible tours across the
nation with the company. Moreover, presentations, previews, and the sale of travel experiences to on-site guests, visitors and
corporate brands is also a responsibility. The internship will be for a duration of 6 weeks, with timings that will be mutually agreed
upon.
What will I be doing?
As a Marketing Intern, you would be responsible for:
- Promotion and booking of tours across Pakistan.
- Distribute approved promotional information and incentives to current and potential clients.
- Generate leads for corporate sales, school field trips, hotels, and any other collaborations and synergies that can be done with other brands and/or industries.
- Provide customer/concierge services as needed to all guests projecting a professional company image.
- Plan new research-based advertising strategies for current and subsequent years that will increase leisure and corporate travel market share.
- Devising strategies for the development of tourism infrastructure in Pakistan, with a special focus on poverty alleviation, job creation and women empowerment.
- Attend meetings, seminars, conventions, and workshops to further knowledge, stay informed of the changes in the tourism industry, and exchange information.
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
- Strong professional verbal, interpersonal skills, guest relations, and skills in person, over e-mail, and on the telephone.
- Self motivated and goal oriented with excellent communication and verbal presentation skills with the ability to persuade others and overcome objections.
- Fluency in English and Urdu (speak, read, and write).
- Ability to multi-task and balance priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant course experience in terms of marketing, organizational behavior etc.
