Liaison with the Regulatory and the Government Organizations for all NOCs, Approvals, Representations etc·
Manage and oversee all Corporate Communication from the Company Platform·
Manage Company Relationship and influence at each possible government and private level·
Manage and oversee all external communication in forms of Letters, Bulletin, Media and Press Release.
- Provide expert-level guidance, advice and direction in the proper application to Company business operations, processes and decision-making.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external customers, and regulators for all Advanced Services team interfacing and issues management.
- Respond to internal and external questions with written instruction, training, or specific analytical support.
- Provide support to company business units to minimize regulatory risks, protect marketability of assets, and promote operational efficiency.
- Establish and maintain the highest levels of internal and external customer relationships.
- Ensure that all team in-boxes, calls from the Network Operations Center and internal and external customers are continuously monitored and that there are timely and accurate responses to priority situations across the nation.
- Develop and execute requests for proposal and coordinate contractual relationships with Government and other Regulatory Authorities.
