Job Description
1. Involvement in the feasibility analysis keeping in the need of project.
2. Defining the core idea and scope of work keeping in consideration the budget constraint.
3. Preparing the detailed project plan with its timely tracking and controlling.
4. To prepare engineering estimate and verify bill of quantities wherever required.
5. Timely co-ordinate with different stakeholders of the project for its smooth implementation.
6. Inspection of construction activities on site before and after its implementation for desired quality.
7. To visit the construction site and make / send report on timely basis.
8. Timely verification of running and final invoices of project.
