Job Description
Candidate will be responsible to identify and select ingredients and develop confectionery products for retail sale.
Should be able to control the quality of the incoming material, inline inspection and final audit before shipping.
Documentation and distribution of the results on a daily basis.
Freelancers or fresh graduates can also apply.
Job Specification
Should have a strong knowledge of Food Standards.
Should have technical knowledge of Confectionery Ingredients and their use in terms of preservation, texture,flavor and color.
