Job Description
Responsibilities and Authorities:
1. Organizing Sales Operations Section in assigned area.
2. Ensuring staff Training and motivation within section to achieve individual targets/objectives.
3. Handling of operational matters of the sales operations team.
4. Direct handling of customer’s inquires such as delivery, price, quality etc.
5. Production delivery control in coordination with import/export Section
6. Looking after making and checking of PI.
7. Controlling delivery date of each order in close coordination and follow up with factory.
8. Checking Payment control in coordination with sales staff.
9. Coordinating with sales staff for arrangements and smooth processing of regular order.
10. Sharing information with Shipping Section for documentation.
11. Achieving excellence in customer satisfaction by providing smooth and active customer services.
12. Any other duty assigned by management.
Job Specification
Skills and Knowledge:
Good communication skills in Urdu & English and computer literacy.·
Ability to handle sales inquires·
Documentation knowledge of custom/banks etc.
Must be detail-oriented and have problem solving skills ·
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
