Plays a vital role in supporting the sales team to achieve the targets imposed by the company and try to determine, together with the client and the management, the business requirements.
Maintains a good relationship with the client, distributors and the sales agents.
Performs administrative duties (such as offers, proposals, agreements & reports).
Maintains a good relationship with the existing customers, as well as finding the new ones.
Interacts with clients over the phone or face-to-face to solve their problems.
Handles complex issues regarding the complaints of the sold products.
Minimum 2years experience is required.
Communicates permanently with the regional sales team to coordinate and respond to all the requests at the internal meetings.
Has to communicate to the other departments, -- the discussed sales policies and targets with the management.
Needs to possess strong communication skills, be persuasive and polite at the same time.
Must be a very hardworking person, able to work under pressure & meet the deadlines.
Must be flexible, preserve confidentiality and be able to work in a team & alone too.
