Attract potential customers by answering project and service questions
Suggest information about other project and services
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Evaluate all customer calls , perform thorough audit, provide detailed feedback, determine the cause of the problem (if occurs in audit); select and explain the best solution to solve the problem; expedite correction or adjustment and follow up to ensure resolution
Job Specification
Hold 2-3 years of customer service/support experience
Hold graduation degree
Hold excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Be an excellent team player
Be a sharp listener to understand different accents
Hold excellent knowledge of MS Office
Follow job timings as 3:00 pm to 12:00 am
