Ability to execute production as per requirement with in target time and quality.
Have to be good motivator and leadership over the production team.

Must have good presence and leadership ability.
Maintain 5's environment will be added responsibility.
Job Specification
Bachelors/Bsc. Textile/Chemical/MSc., 3 to 4 years of experience,
- Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on results.
- Good analytical ability and problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal relations.
- Proficient in use of computers and reporting by proper presentation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self - motivated and responsible.
