1. Must have at least 2 -3 years of experience in Telemarketing/ Call Center.
2. Able to generate actionable business/ sales lead for sales managers.
3. Can confidently handle prospect customers on phone to generate onward business/ sales lead.
4. Must have understanding of managing sales pipeline and forecasting.
5. Can work under pressure and meet KPI targets (i.e. no. of actionable leads in a week/ month).
6. Must be fluent in English and Urdu both.
7. Minimum education bachelors.
