• To write clear, valuable, high-impact external content (i.e. blog, newsletter, press release, website landing pages, etc) that not only sustains but also extends our presence.
• To hunt existing competition brand mentions and get RepairDesk featured.
• To increase the reach of content including blogs, news, reviews and news through content syndication, partnerships and social media.
• To help development team in product launches by leverage social media & press release.
• To set up a monitoring cell to keep an eye on competitor’s external content and modify existing content strategy accordingly.
• Forum commenting and participation in online discussions
• Research and develop SEO best practices
• Social bookmarking and social media marketing, Brand building on Face book, LinkedIn and Twitter
• Develop email blast and marketing content, Tracking and reporting on daily basis.

• Written fluency in English with tailoring of writing to internal and client-facing audiences
• Ability to work with limited supervision and high motivation, must be a self-starter/motivator
• Must have excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Must work well under pressure with tight internal and external deadlines across multiple time zones
• Highly organized with attention to detail/consistency
• SaaS experience is a plus.
