Responsibilities
- Researching markets to identify opportunities for events
- Liaising with clients to ascertain their precise event requirements
- Producing detailed proposals for events (e.g. timelines, venues, suppliers, staffing and budgets)
- Coordinating venue or field management
- Coordinating suppliers, handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly
- Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships
- Traveling to on site inspections and project managing events
- Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery
- Providing help and advice to customers using your organizations products or services
- Communicating courteously with customers face to face
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
- Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer services
