Job Description
Design and produce marketing communications (digital) pieces for a wide variety of clients.
Collaborate with creative/graphic designing team, internal account teams and clients to develop creative solutions and then translate those solutions through a variety of channels.
Stay current on industry trends.
Mentor other designers (staff, freelance, interns, etc.)
Decision making skills
Should be proactive and punctual
Experience with a digital marketing agency and should have worked on some major brands.
Strong portfolio
Attend meetings as assigned.
Proactively recommend creative communications for marketing proposals.
Deliver the communication package within the agreed upon budget and timeline.
Using innovation to redefine a design brief and meet the constraints of time and client
Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and designs
Should have knowledge and keen sense of typography and its usage and selection
Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type
Knowledge of Printing procedures, illustration and photography is beneficial.
Job Specification
Extensive Knowledge of Web design, internet and digital applications is preferred.
Should be highly efficient in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe illustrator.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
Knowledge of other vector and animation software like Adobe flash would be a plus
Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills.
Adaptable and quick learner.
Must be able to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identity, as well as our multiple clients.
Expert knowledge in graphic production process.
Work well with tight deadlines in a team environment.
Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
Contributing new ideas and design artwork to the overall brief.
Supervising and delegating the other designers in the graphic’s team.
